Exceptional quality standards remain at the core of everything we do at Northstar. It's our fundamental responsibility as a manufacturer to deliver products that are reliable, durable and ready to work safely.
To ensure this, we complete an intensive level of validation work. We have an integrated analysis and testing process which in turn reduces the development time and costs to improve quality at first production.
We make major investments in proactive reliability analysis tools that allow us to predict and prevent failure and apply an advanced product quality planning.
Each department has it's own quality controller ensuring they are expert in their particular area and this in turn gives better quality control. Since Northstar also manufacture for its own brand, it allows Northstar to receive feedback directly from the market place, which it can use to further improve the overall quality of all products.
High technology machinery together with the latest software are used in the different processes of cutting and polishing the stones as well as in the design of the different parts of the products, all to ensure the highest possible quality.
